Angina
Shortness of breath
Recent NSTEMI

Baseline Angiography

Baseline angiography found chronic total occlusion (CTO) of right coronary artery (RCA) and borderline ostial LM lesion. Visualized best in cranial projections. Caudal projections do not reveal LM disease.

Baseline HD IVUS

Conclusion

Based on HD IVUS measurements the ostial LM lesion was not significant and was left untreated
